Dr. Jill Stoddard

Dr. Jill Stoddard is the founder and director of The Center for Stress and Anxiety Management in San Diego. 

She is an award-winning teacher and a recognized acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) trainer. Dr. Stoddard has presented at local, national, and international conferences and has co-authored articles on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), ACT, social phobia, panic disorder, late-life anxiety, chronic pain, non-cardiac chest pain, and surgical anxiety. 

Dr. Stoddard has dedicated her life to helping others, especially women, discover what they most deeply desire so their lives will be more meaningful and vibrant. 

As someone who struggles with anxiety herself, Dr. Stoddard works tirelessly to inspire others to go after what matters in their heart, despite fear getting in the way. 

Dr. Stoddard received her PhD in clinical psychology from Boston University. She lives in San Diego with her husband, two children, and two French Bulldogs.
