Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy for Memberships

All Cancellations: All membership cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Customer Support at team@hiitide.com. Please be sure to include your full name and the email address underwhich the membership was purchased.

Cancellation within Free Trial Period: Some memberships on hiitide come with a free trial period. If you request a membership cancellation within the free trial period, your membership will be cancelled and you will not be charged a membership fee. Membership cancellation must be requested within business hours (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Central Time) no later than 1 day before your trial ends to avoid being automatically charged by our processing system. We do NOT issue refunds after the free trial has ended; it is your responsibility to cancel before you are charged.

Cancellation After the Free Trial Period: If you request a membership cancellation after your free trial has ended, your membership will be set to cancel after the last day of the term you are paid up for.

Cancelling a Membership that does not offer a free trial: Any membership cancellations will be set to cancel after the last day of the term you are paid up to.

Important: Uninstalling an app will not automatically cancel your membership. You must expressly cancel with us to end your membership to the email stated above. If you uninstall the app without cancelling your subscription, you will still be charged. Your future membership will be automatically cancelled but past subscriptions will not be refunded.

Refunds: hiitide does not offer refunds, except in the following cases:

  • If the user purchased the same product twice, hiitide will refund one of the products.
  • If hiitide cannot support your usage of the app technically on your mobile device.
  • If a technical issue has occurred and the product was not delivered to your device within 7 days of the program launch.

Applicable refunds will not be granted after 15 days of product launch; it is the customer’s responsibility to contact hiitide within 15 days of the product launch if there is a technical issue.

Program Purchases and Book Clubs

All Program Purchases and Book Clubs are non-refundable, non-cancellable, one time purchases. When you purchase a program or book club, you will be charged a one-time rate applicable at the time of your agreement to purchase, and you will be sent a receipt immediately after your purchase.

Program Purchases through the App (other than Book Clubs): You can choose the date on which your Program Purchase will begin, and your Program Purchase will appear on your Calendar in the hiitide app on the day of your choosing. The Program Purchase will stay on your calendar on the date chosen upon purchase, and cannot be re-added to your calendar again to a later date. You can continue to utilize the content as long as you have a free or paid subscription.
