Cancellation Policy

All membership cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Customer Support at team@hiitide.com.

Cancellation within Free Trial Period: If you request a membership cancellation within the free trial period, your membership will be immediately cancelled and you will not be charged a membership fee.

Membership cancellation must be requested within business hours (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Central Time) no later than 1 day before your trial ends to avoid being automatically charged by our processing system. We do NOT issue refunds after the free trial has ended; it is your responsibility to cancel before you are charged.

Cancellation After the Free Trial Period: If you request a membership cancellation after your free trial has ended, your membership will be set to cancel after the last day of the term you are paid up for.

Important: Uninstalling an app will not automatically cancel your membership. You must expressly cancel with us to end your membership to the email stated above. If you uninstall the app without cancelling your subscription, you will still be charged. Your future membership will be automatically cancelled but past subscriptions will not be refunded.
