How do I know if my registration went through successfully?
If your registration was successful, you will be directed to a new page that says “Registration Successful” at the top. It will have iPhone and Android App Store buttons that link to the hiitide app. You will also receive a confirmation email. If you need to download the app, click for iPhone and for Android.
What happens after I sign-up?
After check out, you’ll download the hiitide app onto your mobile device, and sign in using the email and password you entered in the registration form.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Open up the hiitide app and tap “Forgot your Password?” It will direct you to a page where you can type in your email, and you will be emailed a link for a password reset.
I can’t log in. It says user not found or “Request failed with Status Code 500 (or 600)”.
First, please confirm that you registered successfully by checking to see if you received an email from us. If not, there is a chance you may have incorrectly entered your email address during checkout. For assistance with this and all other errors, please email Customer Service at team@hiitide.com.
I am unable to purchase the Kindle version of the book for the book club, it says the version is unavailable.
This is likely due to the fact that you may have clicked an Amazon link that is not for your country. Please go to your Country’s Amazon and search the book title there.
What are membership cancellation terms?
You may cancel your membership at any time, paying only what you have been charged up to that point. If your membership comes with a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel within the free trial period. To cancel your membership, please email Customer Service at team@hiitide.com. We do not offer refunds, as stated in the Terms and Conditions that you agree to upon sign-up. Click here to view our cancellation and refund policy.
Does my membership auto-renew?
Your membership will auto-renew by charging the card you provide during sign-up. If you need to update your card, email us at team@hiitide.com to request a call.
Is a book club a recurring membership?
No, book clubs are one time purchases. This will be specified at time of purchase.
I am unable to view book club content, but I was able to view it in the last book club. I can’t see videos and images, why is this?
Please ensure that your app is updated to our latest version in order to view our new and improved content experience.
Is the hiitide app accessible on a computer? What about a tablet?
hiitide is an app built to work on mobile devices only like smart phones and tablets, where it can be conveniently accessed anywhere, anytime. A desktop version is not available at this time.
