We focus on getting 1% better every day, and 1% of each day is just 14 minutes. Each day we deliver a batch of journaling exercises, lessons, fresh meditations and other opportunities to integrate the companion course's lessons in 14 minutes or less.
You'll have two opportunities to interact with the author in two LIVE Q+A video sessions, and through our 1:1 messaging feature in the hiitide app.

Meet The Author
Daniel Bruce Levin
Daniel Bruce Levin is a marketing expert and activist. He has dedicated his life to finding the peace and contentment that comes from truly knowing yourself. His mission is to help others find that peace, too.
Daniel was just one day away from becoming an ordained rabbi in Jerusalem when he decided to return to the United States. He opened a cafe and bookstore in San Francisco and later lived as a monk for 10 years in a monastery in the foothills of California’s Sierra Nevada mountains.
Daniel later became the Director of Business Development at the publishing company Hay House and played a big part in helping it grow over the next 10 years.
He is a rare blend of mystic and businessman. He believes it is his ability to see things from different perspectives that draws people and companies to work with him, and this ability is what brings him the greatest joy.
